ABOUT THE PICTURES The links below will bring you to the photos taken by Jim Ippolito at the First Annual Las Vegas Intertribal Powwow, on November 20th, 2004. I have tried to show my appreciation of this event by humbly offering these photos as a lasting tribute to the many wonderful people who traveled from near and far to share their culture and display their talents. TECHNICAL INFO These photos are being made available in an effort to increase knowledge of the importance and beauty of Native American heritage. Native Americans who would like a free CD containing all the files can contact me through the “BOTHER THE WRITER” page. Because I do this at my own expense, the offer is limited to Native Americans only, for the purpose of memorializing and sharing the event, producing their own prints, or who wish to use the images for promoting Native American culture. The digital photos are high-resolution files, about 1.7MB. The files from 35mm negatives are lower-resolution, about 700KB.
