"Cucina Sicilia" - PBS Saturdays 3PM
This is a great show, and not because the title means "Sicilian Kitchen." This show features a pair of Southern Italians, an uncle and nephew, from the southern United States, Texas, to be exact! You have got to hear them pronounce words like "spaghettini," with a southern accent. These two guys are engaging, funny, and based on their size, true food lovers. They aren't as boisterous as Emeril but their creations will get you excited.

I'm sorry about the lack of additional recommendations but there is a dearth of quality shows. When others worthy of your time catch my attention I'll let you in on them.
